Nike/XPO                                                           (September, 2018 – March, 2019)

          Lead PC Support Tech.

Provide desk side support for users to resolve any issues. Imaged, configured and migrated new HP laptops and desktops from Windows 7 to Windows 10 for over 700 desktop and laptops. Installed, configured and troubleshot wireless network printers. Reported and tracked migration progress from Win 7 to Win 10. Used ServiceNow for ticketing system.

State of Indiana (IOT)                                      (October, 2016 – September, 2018)

          Lead Lan Administrator Assoc.

                  Lead tech Installing, imaging, configuring and migrating new HP laptops and desktops from Windows 7 to                     Windows 10 for all Indiana agencies but predominantly FSSA which encompassed in excess of 8,000 pcs.                     Managed, directed and trained a team of two to six technicians.   Provide desk side support for users to                     resolve any issues. Created documentation for install procedures for software manually or SCCM. Installed                     printers, memory, cards, drives and break/fix as needed. Designed a spreadsheet to track old pcs to new                     replacements that interfaced with state asset tracking database which replaced manual tracking.                                          Redesigned migration process to allow single user, no user and backup to local Drives providing a more                     granular approach to migration. Worked with project manager to test software compatibility with Windows 10

Wyndham Worldwide/RCI / Apex Systems           (July, 2016 – September, 2016)

          Lead Desktop Support Technician

                  Image, stage and install 860 new Lenovo desktops with Windows 7 Enterprise. Migrate user data with
                    scanstate/loadstate. Provide desk side support for users after imaging to resolve any issues with mapped
                    network drives, Office 2013, documents, printers. Break/fix and IMAC as needed. Responsible for all
                    asset management, new and de-commissioned.

State of Indiana (IOT) / S & R Resources, Inc.       (November, 2015 - July, 2016)

          Refresh Technician

                  Install, image and configure 275 new HP laptops and desktops with Windows 7 for the BMV and DCS. Also
                    provide desk side support for users after imaging to resolve any issues with mapped network drives, office
                    2013, documents, printers etc.. Break/fix as needed.

BMO - Harris Bank / F2OnSite                   (September, 2015 – November, 2015)

          Lead Desktop Support Technician

                  Refresh project for BMO - Harris bank which involved transferring documents from old pc's and imaging 100
                    new Dell laptops with Win 7. Also provide desk side support for users after imaging to resolve any issues
                    with mapped network drives, office 2013, documents, printers etc.. Break/fix as needed.

          System Support Technician (Concurrent with CompuTech & F2OnSite)

                  Maintain NCR Counter Point SQL server, Windows 7,  XP pc’s and Radiant POS terminals, user accounts,
                    backups, and reports. Input, maintain, and monitor inventory. Break/fix as needed.

CompuTech/NCR (September, 2014 – September, 2015)

          Customer Engineer

                 Repair, configure, image and install NCR, IBM POS hardware and software for retail customers
                   primarily Walmart and Meijers.  Troubleshoot software, hardware and  network problems and break/fix to
                   insure proper POS operation.

          Field Service Technician

                 Installed new PC’s for JP Morgan/Chase. diagnosed network connections, software compatibility and
                   installed network printers, troubleshoot MS Office, Lotus Notes, and provided initial user installation support.
                 Installed new PC’s and Monitors for Lowes in Indiana and Illinois. Diagnosed network connections,
                   worked with mainframe technicians for disk images.

          President and CEO

                 Established and operated an auditing and consulting firm which serviced the credit union industry.
                 Served over 50 clients a year ranging from $260 million to $500 thousand with auditing, consulting,
                    and management contract services.
                 Provided contract services including complete general ledger maintenance, closings, financial statement
                    preparation and, all other general ledger account reconciliations.
                 Provided trouble shooting for unreconciled bank statements and general ledger accounts.
                 Developed a working knowledge of many data processing systems.

Miami University Employees Federal Credit Union (January, 1991 - June, 1996)

          President and CEO (Concurrent with Michael R. Parks & Co.)

                 Provided executive leadership for $12 million dollar federal credit union.
                     Significant accomplishments:
                           Increased assets 176% to $11 million in a five-year period
                           Increased capital 257% to 7.4 percent of assets
                           Increased loans 253% to $9.3 million or 84 percent of assets
                           Converted the credit union to a new data processor

                 Same responsibilities as my own business above.
                 I was hired as Junior Auditor and within a year and a half was promoted to Senior Auditor and placed in
                   charge of the Credit Union Auditing Division.
                 Over the course of my employment I developed software that completely computerized the auditing process.
